The released of a freestyle from BMS Entertainment /Heat Music, is a response from their rap/hip-hop group I.O.F. (Its Only Family) titled "F*ck Ludacris." The track fires back at rapper Ludacris'' single titled "Pass Out" from the The Red Light District album, which was on December 7, 2004.

"Pass Out" takes a jab at I.O.F.'s claim that Ludacris and producer Kanye West, used the hook from I.O.F.'s title "Straight Like That," for Ludacris'' hit single "Stand Up" on his multi-platinum Chicken and Beer album released in September of 2003. I.O.F. filed a lawsuit against Ludacris and West in April of 2004, claiming that the prominent rappers/producers stole the hook from a demo CD that was handed to either Ludacris or Kanye West on several occasions.

Ludacris'' "Pass Out" directly aims towards I.O.F. stating, "Now desperate artists trying to sue, but just making some claims. Can''t get in the spotlight for nothing and it makes em'' insane."

I.O.F. never intended to produce a retaliatory freestyle, as they patiently awaited the suit to be tried in the court of law. But with the injection of "Pass Out" on Ludacris'' new album the group felt the need to counter his lyrics.
