The Classic Hip Hop Club says its Ladies Night and the 1st female hip hop pioneer MC Sha-Rock, hailing from the Funky Four Plus One, is the special guest host.

The event is at 9pm this Saturday, January 6th, 2007 and features DJ Dadeo and some of the best dancers in the DC Area. A must-see for anyone interested in learning about Hip Hop Culture, proceeds will benefit "Women Empowering Women and Girls Through the Arts", a DC-Area non-profit organization founded by Angela Muhammad.

Along with female hip hop pioneer luminary MC Sha-Rock the event features DJ Dadeo and some of the best dancers in the DC Area. A must-see for anyone interested in learning about Hip Hop Culture.

The doors open at 9pm. Ladies and Classic Hip Hop Club Cardholders are admitted at a reduced rate. This is an all ages, family friendly event. The event is a fundraiser for the non-profit organization, Women Empowering Women and Girls Through the Arts(WEWAG). Founded by Angela Muhammad, WEWAG uplifts, empowers and trains women and girls through arts-based community programs. Co-sponsored by Classic Hip Hop L.L.C., the lineup includes DJ Dadeo and B-Girl Fresh Mama of Breakers Delight and MC Christylez of TriFlava. A Break, Boogie and Funk Jam follows the feature performances.
