Our network partner site ThugLifeArmy.com had an ‘exclusive’ web interview with the mother of hip hop icon and social activist the late Tupac Shakur (2Pac).

This online ‘exclusive’ is an audio interview Afeni Shakur-Davis did with Robert of ThugLifeArmy.com from her farm in Lumberton, N.C..

Covering not only hip hop and touching on hip hop culture and of course talking about her son, rap artist Tupac (2Pac); Afeni Shakur-Davis touches on many topics in this rare look at hip hop’s most famous ‘Momma’.

Other topics include her Black Panther 21 trial, life on the farm, TASF’s trip to South Africa and much more.

She also talks about the summer camps held for Pac’s Kids in Oakland, Los Angeles and in Georgia.

Her love for her son and the importance of his legacy carrying on is very dear to Afeni. She is now totally devoted to the completion of the Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for the Arts.

The Center and the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation do amazing things around the world for the youth.

Donations are now being accepted to help with the completion of the Center.

Please visit http://tasf.org to find out how to donate and support the Tupac Amaru Shakur Center for the Arts and the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation. By supporting the Center for the Arts and the TASF you are supporting our children and investing in their future.

You can listen to the interview that ThugLifeArmy.com did with Afeni Shakur-Davis below. And thank you to Ms. Afeni Shakur-Davis for this rare look into her life.
