There is a new gang taking over the streets, but unlike gang bangers of the hood they seem to be getting away with murder.

Blackwater Worldwide is a private security corporation, but to the citizens, who live in Baghdad and other Middle Eastern countries they are just gang bangers.

In the height of gang violence many people compared many United State’s urban neighborhoods to war zone. Some even compared gang fighting to homegrown terrorism.

Today, Baghdad hood is a war zone. And Middle Eastern countries are dealing with the innocent casualties of war, homegrown terrorism and an American security company that is out of control.

Gang members in the 1980’s were out of control as the leadership fought the “War on Drugs.” The gang members patrolled the streets demanding respect, while terrorizing law abiding citizens, who tried unsuccessfully to steer clear of violence. The endless drive-by shootings and street violence claimed the lives of the innocent as well as the gangster.

In Baghdad the war is different, but the battle is the same – innocent killed with the guilty while a company displays gang’s stance in Middle Eastern neighborhoods.

Recently, an innocent taxi driver killed seems to be the tipping point. After hundreds of unprovoked killing, which seem to display Blackwater’s disregard for Iraqi lives.

According to reports, a traffic jam developed, and witnesses said guards from a black SUV open fire on the taxi while it was motionless. After shooting, Blackwater’s guards did not stop to investigate they drove on. But local police examined the car they found a dead Iraqi, no weapons or other signs of threatening activity. Sound familiar: Saddam Hussein dead no weapons of mass destructions or other signs of threats found. Interesting…

From the street to the hood, Blackwater guards isn’t letting a small thing like plausible cause stop them from shooting first and asking questions later.

The Nisoor Square shooting incident is another example of a company gone wild. Blackwater claimed plausible cause for its controversial shooting, but reports disagree with their accounts.

While the security team was driving between, Sunni, al-Mansour and al-Yarmukh controlled neighborhoods they were attacked. According to Blackwater official their vehicle was hit with “a large explosive device” and “repeated small arms fire” which disabled a vehicle and trapped them. But this report is more like a John Grissom novel – fiction.

Instead, the Blackwater’s guards open fire without provocation, killing 14 people and wounding 18, according to U.S. military reports. The U.S. report corroborates the Iraqi government’s contention that Blackwater was at fault and found no evidence of the attack.

Damn, that is gangster. This company creates its own rules, terrorizing communities, but unlike black gang bangers they remain free. May be black gang bangers should give to Republican causes. Erik Prince, who is the president of Blackwater has given millions to Republicans because he knows, too much is given much will be forgiven. But I have a plan for the Iraqi people; call the rap group NWA to the rescue.

In the 1980’s Republican lawmakers panties were in a pinch about rappers, who accounted gang life over a tight beat. I think the Iraqi families, who lost someone by the hand of Blackwater should request a remake of NWA’s song Fuck the Police to Fuck the Blackwater guards. The controversial song that expressed the frustration of black males who were being harassed, killed and beat-up without plausible cause by some out of control police officers. Sound familiar? After the song is a hit the Iraqi people will get the attention of Republican lawmakers, and they will do the right thing -- revoke the company’s contracts and punish the murders.

Who I am kidding?

The Republicans will punish the messenger and refuse to investigate issues in the rap.

But Republicans cannot continue to get lost in the beat. Last week it was revealed the man, who is the State Department’s top investigator into the Blackwater crimes, has family ties to the organization. Howard Krongard’s brother A.B. “Buzzy” Krongard serves on the board. Buzzy said in a statement his brother knew the whole time.

This is gangster, and Howard, Buzzy and Erik are the leaders of this gang. The leaders along with the guilty foot soldiers of Blackwater should be go directly to jail right by black gang bangers.
